Important Update: Cinderford Distribution Centre is Moving

4th September 2025

The Forest Foodbank has always been about more than food – it’s about people, support, and community. That’s why we want to make sure everyone is aware of an important change coming to our Cinderford Distribution Centre.

From Thursday 18th September, our Cinderford Centre will be relocating to a new home at:

The Community Church Forest & Wye
Foxes Bridge Road
Cinderford
GL14 2PQ

We’ll be open every Thursday from 1–3pm at this new location.

What happens until then?

Until 18th September, please continue to use our current base at Parragate Road as usual. The move won’t affect service in the meantime, and our volunteers will continue to be there to support you.

Why the move?

The decision to move was made so that we can better serve local people in need. The new venue offers improved space and facilities, allowing us to continue providing food parcels and a listening ear in a safe, welcoming environment.

Thank you for your understanding

We know that change can sometimes be difficult, and we are incredibly grateful for your patience as we make this transition. Our priority is making sure that help is available when and where it is needed.

A message from the team

“Our mission has always been to stand alongside those in crisis and ensure no one in our community goes hungry. This move to Foxes Bridge Road allows us to carry on doing just that, in a space that helps us care for people even better.”

Need help?
